Christmas Gift Guide for Busy Parents

Christmas is fast approaching (especially for us busy parents) so what better time to show you a last minute gift guide for parents who are rushed off their feet.

Here's the Christmas Gift Guide for Busy Parents:

Disney Family Calendar 2021 - Danilo*
If you're anything like me then you need a family organiser to write down where everyone needs to be and when. The Disney Classic Official 2021 Family Organiser from Danilo is perfect for busy parents. The pictures are super cute and feature much loved characters from the classic films. It has 5 columns to fit different family members and it also comes with over 200 stickers to mark occasions. At the time of publishing it was available for £9.99.

Spacemasks - Spacemasks.com
These are for the parent that can't shut off. It's for the one's whose minds go into overdrive and therefore they can't fall asleep. Spacemasks are self-heating eye masks which have a low concentration scent of Jasmine designed for relaxation. Pop them on for 15 minutes of down time or to help you fall asleep. Close your eyes and drift off to space. They are available at Spacemasks.com.
FYI these are on my own Christmas list as they are epic and I'm a big fan.

Sanctuary Spa Goodies - Sanctuary Spa*
Sanctuary Spa products are ideal for relaxation and self care. The scents are divine. I highly recommend their sleep range and their bath soaks. Head over to their website for lots of gifting ideas for presents and stocking fillers, https://uk.sanctuary.com.

Lockdown Parenting Fails Book* - Amazon
This book is compiled by Nathan Joyce who begins each chapter with his own reflections on various topics such as homeschooling, baking etc during the pandemic. These are then followed by other parents tweets on the same topic.
It covers all the wins and woes of parenting over the lockdown period from baking banana bread to attempting to work from home. FYI I didn't manage to bake any banana bread.
The book had me laughing out loud. It's incredibly relatable and will be sure to make whoever receives it giggle. It's a great memento of this past year and one that will fit nicely into a Christmas stocking.

Calm App Subscription
For parents that need to chill then a subscription to the Calm app would make an amazing gift. It's an app to help with meditation and sleep and has stories, sounds, music and breathing techniques for adults and children.
I've had this app for a year and I love it. There's a sleep story read by Matthew Mcconaughey that I listen to which I'm desperate to finish but I keep falling asleep at the same part.

Wellbeing Pod - NEOM Organics
Wellbeing Pods by Neom Organics provide round-the-clock boosts. The pods are diffusers for essential oils. There are various oils for things such as sleep, stress, energy, mood and more. The pods feature a low energy night-light and 3 different timer settings. At the time of publishing a pod on its own cost £90.
I've used their Bedtime Hero Pillow Mist and I can't recommend it enough. The scent is beautiful and calming.

Breathwork* - All good book retailers
Breathwork is a little book of self-care by Nathalia Westmacott-Brown and published by DK. It gives 50 step-by step practices that you can use at home. Breathwork is effective at balancing the body, relieving stress, controlling anxiety and boosting self-esteem. It will fit nicely into a Christmas stocking and you can purchase it from all good book retailers such as Waterstones and Amazon.
I am going to be reading this book myself so if you're interested to see how I get on, be sure to follow my book instagram account by clicking this link, kerrylouisenorrisreads.

*Please note that items marked with this Asterix were gifted to me by the brands.*
Also images for Calm app, Spacemasks and the Wellbeing Pod are not my own.
