15 Peter Pan Quotes for Mindfulness

Next up in my series of Disney quotes for mindfulness is Peter Pan. I practice mindfulness to help control my Postnatal Depression (PND). It's about focusing on the present moment, reflecting, thinking about things differently etc. Disney is always something that makes me happy so when I am upset, stressed or down I turn to these blog posts to read these thought provoking quotes to try and give me some focus and bring my mind back to where it needs to be.

Peter Pan is one of my all time favourite Disney films and the book by J.M.Barrie is amazing. I can read it over and over.

    All of them are great but number 12 is really close to my heart: "Think happy thoughts". So simple and so powerful! I think that when we are thinking positively we are getting good things in life:)

    They always say that Disney is good for you as a child and as an adult and when you actually listen to the words, you can see why. It's full of wonderful positive quotes x

    I absolutely love Peter Pan. Something about it caught my imagination when I was a child and it has stuck as one of my most favourite stories. So many great quotes!
