On my last trip to Disneyland Paris I Disneybounded as Forky from Toy Story 4.
For those that don't know, Disneybounding is basically dressing as a Disney character but in normal clothes (adults aren't allowed to wear actual costumes). You put an outfit together which is inspired by a character. In the past I've been Mickey Mouse, Moana and many more. You can find pics over on my Disney Instagram account, kerrylouisenorrisdisney.
The Forky inspired outfit was fairly cheap to put together but it did require some creativeness.
My Forky ears were from Hannah Marie Magic who makes incredible ears. She has lots of designs on her website but she also does custom orders too. I wore them all day long, from early i the morning until late at night and they were super comfortable.
I bought a plain t-shirt and maxi skirt from Boohoo. I then bought iron on patches and a sash from Amazon.
The tee needed to be plain as I had to make Forky's face out of the iron on patches to stick on. I cut the shapes out and simply ironed them on which only took about 15 minutes in total.
The skirt was a good buy as I knew i'd wear it again. When I Disneybound, I try my hardest to use clothes that are reusable as other wise it can all cost a fortune.
I had such fun at Disneyland Paris running around pretended to be Forky, especially in Toy Story Land in Walt Disney Studios.

Disney is a huge part of mine and my family's life. We watch the films, we wear the clothes, we buy the merchandise and we go on holiday regularly to either Walt Disney World or Disneyland Paris. In fact we are annual pass holders at Disneyland Paris. The shop you will find us most in on our shopping days is shopDisney.
I was kindly sent some of the amazing new adult clothing (as featured in all of the pictures in this post) that is available from shopDisney. I not only wear Disney clothes at the Disney parks but I wear them regularly in my day to day life. The excitement I felt opening the delivery box got me thinking about how my love for Disney has changed since I was a child.
I didn't think it could be possible to love it more as an adult but I certainly do and I think that must be down to understanding the deeper meanings behind the famous Disney films and quotes. Don't get me wrong, as I've already mentioned, I was a huge Disney fan when I was little, wishing I could be a princess and believing in the magic.
Now I'm older, I understand all the positive messages that Disney portray. I've learnt about love, friendship, family, bravery, courage and even sadness and grief. Every film is so clever and manages to pull on your heart strings. I think I've yet to find a film that I've not had a tear in my eye at some point.
The magic will always remain. Meeting Mickey Mouse and other characters is always something we do when we go to the parks and every time we do the excitement never changes. The magic is still there for all of us and so is that belief. Yes my husband and I are fully aware characters and stories aren't real but isn't it a wonderful feeling to just believe for a second. Disney manages to make you forget about your worries and your strife (10 points for you if you're currently singing the song with the words I've just mentioned). It takes you to places you can only dream of.
Whenever I feel down Disney is my go to. If any of us are ill, we'll have a duvet day and binge watch the films as that's guaranteed to raise a smile.
We are a Disney family and we always will be. It gives us special family memories and stories that will last a lifetime.

Last year I attempted Disneybounding for the first time and I loved it. To see some of my outfits, head over to my instagram account. This year I have quite a few Disney trips lined up so I am starting to look for inspiration for outfits. First up is a Pocahontas Disneybound.
Pocahontas's outfit is all about nudes with a splash of turquoise and with spring/summer fashion hitting shops soon, we should be spoilt for choice on that colour palette.
Bounding can become quite pricey so I try and find items that I would wear anyway and not just for dressing up.
The dress I've featured is from Nastygal which always has a great selection of clothes. Their website is reasonably priced with this dress coming in at £20. The dress would be a great buy for the year as it has a hint of utility about it which is set to be an upcoming trend.
The shoes are also from Nastygal and at the time of this post going live, they are in the sale. A wedge is a lot more comfortable to wear around Disney then any other kind of heels although it may be better to find some flats.
The necklace was kindly sent to me by Shoppe Minuette and it's perfect for this Disneybound. It definitely reflects the colours of the wind. It's handmade from acrylic and laser cut which makes it unique and it's sure to make the outfit pop.
The bag is from Forever 21. I think the fringe trim reflects the bottom of her outfit so it's a great match.
Last up are these Disney Princess feather earrings from Couture Kingdom. They are Pocahontas inspired and at the time of publishing, they are on sale.

As you know, I love a Disneybound, you can read about my very first one which was a Mickey Mouse bound here, Mickey Mouse Disneybound. This year is The Nightmare Before Christmas' 25th anniversary so guess what I bounded as on Halloween? Yep the legend that is Jack Skellington.
I was kindly sent a couple of items from EMP for my bound. I received the 'Jack Cosplay' dress and the 'Jack Sally' leggings, which were perfect for a Nightmare Before Christmas Disneybound.
The dress is gorgeous and features a Jack embroidery on the Peter Pan style collar. It also has a triple layered skirt which makes it extra special. I chose to wear it with a long sleeved black top and just heels but you could pair it with the 'Jack Leggings' and the 'Jack Handbag' to really make the outfit stand out.
I was also sent the 'Jack Sally' leggings which I adored. They are literally amazing. They were very comfortable and super flattering. I wore it with a plain long sleeved top but you could wear it with the 'His Sally tee' and a bag for a full outfit.

We recently got back from a quick weekend trip to Disneyland Paris. As it was a last minute trip I decided not to do a Disneybound but I still wore Disney clothes. If you want to see outfits from a previous trip then read the following post, What I Wore in Disney.
Friday:
We travelled up on the Eurostar on the Friday and we arrived to gorgeous sunshine. We didn't arrive at our hotel until quite late in the afternoon so I decided to wear the outfit I was travelling in and pair it with some beautiful autumnal ears from Hannah Marie Magic. I had a tan coloured jumper and wet look leggings.
I also used my amazing travel themed cross body bag which I was kindly gifted by Yoshi*. It's such a perfect bag for me as I am travel obsessed. We had a travel themed wedding and our wedding cake looked just like this bag. It was a vintage suitcase with travel badges from our favourites places we've visited together.
The bag is great for Disney as it's close to your body to help keep your belongings safe from pick pockets.
Saturday:
I was a bit of a diva on the Saturday and wore 3 outfits. Technically they were all just layers underneath each other but in photos it looked like I changed 3 times. Even though it was beautifully warm and sunny most of the day, the mornings and evenings were icy cold.
My first layer was well suited for the halloween season at Disney. It was the 'What's up Witches' baseball t-shirt from Truffle Shuffle*. I'd hardly had any sleep the night before as my youngest daughter decided it would be a great time to party hard and kept me awake from about 12.30am-4am. Therefore, I was feeling quite witch like myself. I'll be wearing it on Halloween during the daytime.
My next top was one of my own from Magically Jasmine which is launching very soon. It's our 'Ultimate Villains' baseball tee which can be worn all year round and not just over the Halloween season.
I wore it with my Team Villains badge from Quackers and Co.
Last up was my 'A whole new world' off the shoulder jumper, which again, is soon to be released from Magically Jasmine. I had fab character interaction with Jafar who was not very amused with my outfit in the slightest.
To keep up the Aladdin theme I also had Princess Jasmine ears which were from Ears Ever After and the Vintage VHS clutch bag by Oh My Disney from Shop Disney UK. Jafar took pride in covering up all the other characters on the bag except himself.
I also wore my Team Agrabah badge from Quackers and Co.

I have literally waited all year for the 'Spirit Jersey's' to arrive at Disneyland Paris so all that was left to do was to decide whether I was going with the black or the pink. I obviously wanted both but I could only buy one on this trip. I went with black and I couldn't be happier. It's a lovely fit and matches pretty much everything. I teamed it with my Disney rose gold ears that were also purchased in Disneyland Paris.
